I was from out of town. Kaiser saw me the next day and took care of the issue that morning. The staff were extremely professional. I would highly recommend Kaiser Automotive.

Got my car in fast and finished the job well and on time.

horribly disorganized. they had me drop off my truck at 7:30 so i could get my truck back that day, it sat in their parking lot until well after 2 pm, it wasn’t done that day and now im stuck without my work truck until who knows when. the only communication or updates i got was from me having to call them to ask. i’ll be finding a new mechanic. the rates here aren’t anything special either, it’s on the higher end.
