Logan was very professional and got me taken care of quickly. Smooth process from start to finish. Pricing was great too.

Been a returning custo for 5 years but this year something changed . 6 visits in the past 4 months, 4 diagnostics test and 7k for the same oil leak on my truck and the oil leak persist. Tyler promised that the second time I came in he had found the leak and could fix it. He said "I promise it won't leak anymore after this" so I approved the repair.. 4 visits later he is blaming my driving and not his mechanic who leaves loose bolts and forgets to replace seals. Was I paying them to fix the problem or learn how to fix the problem? Guess I should have shook his hand because his words didn't matter much. Also either Derrick the owner is too busy or Tyler didn't tell him I was requesting to speak with him. Fam. friends and neighbors don't waste your time with these guys. Update July 26. after this review the owner contacted me 6 days later and told me I'd only have to wait about 4 more days and he would get my truck in and make the situation right. It's been a week since that interaction and I'm feeling like they are too busy to take care of me. the new customers and money seem to be more important. I've only been trying to get this truck fixed since the beginning of spring and have lost all kinds of business opportunities for lack of having my work truck. The year for me is short and these guys made it impossible for me to make a profit with my own business while they make lots of money and somehow get best shop in Stillwater.. maybe I should take Tyler's advice and go somewhere else.
